My Goal

To help drivers become healthier, stronger, more energized, and more confident—one small habit at a time. If I could lose 75 pounds while running miles across the country, you can make your own transformation too.

I’ve spent more than a decade in the trucking industry, combining years of OTR (Over the Road) experience with Home Daily positions. In my early years on the road, I gained over 75 pounds from fast food, long hours sitting, and the typical “grab whatever’s quick” driver lifestyle. Eventually, I hit a point where I knew something had to change.

That’s when I committed to learning how to manage my nutrition and build simple, realistic fitness routines that actually fit the trucking lifestyle. Once I dialed in my food choices and created workout plans I could execute anywhere, everything changed—my focus improved, my energy increased, and the weight finally started coming off.

I started with basic exercises at truck stops that required little to no equipment. Later, I found gyms with truck‑friendly parking (always ask permission), which allowed me to take my training to the next level—and the free showers didn’t hurt either.

Over time, I lost more than 75 pounds while still driving OTR.

Now that I’m home daily, my mission is to help other drivers who are where I once was—living off truck stop fast food, grabbing candy and sodas for quick “pick‑me‑ups,” and feeling the physical toll of life on the road. Small changes add up. Better nutrition, simple workouts, and consistent habits can transform your health, your energy, your sleep, and even your wallet.

I’m here to provide the accountability, tools, and motivation to help you make those changes.
